Abbye Klamann Ognibene is an Associate in the New York Office, where she concentrates on plaintiffs’ class action litigation.
Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP, Abbye worked at a premier plaintiffs’ class action firm where she litigated privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust class actions. Abbye earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she worked on prisoners’ rights class actions and represented children in juvenile criminal court. Abbye received the Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award for her work as a law clerk to the legal team of DeBoer v. Snyder, consolidated sub nom. Obergefell v. Hodges, which guaranteed the nationwide right to marry for same-sex couples.
