Conor McDonough is an experienced litigator who represents clients in various types of disputes. These include matters involving intellectual property such as patents (in particular disputes regarding biotechnology and pharmaceutical technologies) and trade secrets, commercial litigation involving contract and other business disputes, as well as suits for redress of government misconduct. Conor received his J.D. from Fordham University, and holds a doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys applying his technical and legal training to complex problems that arise in litigation. Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge, Conor practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP.
