E. Jon A. Gryskiewicz
Jon is a versatile litigator and appellate attorney. Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP, Jon represented a wide range of international clients, including individuals, corporations, and liquidators.
His experience includes defending against suits and conducting investigations arising out of the False Claims Act, investigating violations of U.S. securities laws, litigating intellectual property disputes, defending insurers, criminal defendants, and nationwide class actions, and representing international liquidators in Chapter 15 proceedings. Jon also has experience representing plaintiffs in these areas and maintains an appellate practice related to these and other subject matters.
Before practicing, Jon graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and clerked for Judge Robert G. Doumar on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
