Patrick A. Bradford
Patrick A. Bradford is a complex commercial litigator with over twenty-five years of legal and management experience. He has also worked on various national and international corporate investigations, as well as corporate transactions and contracts. He has represented clients in federal courts throughout the country, and before the DOJ, FTC and SEC.
Patrick is a former Partner and associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, former General Counsel for New York State Parks, and former Chief Litigation & Ethics Counsel for the New York City Council. He has practiced in a wide range of industries – financial services, manufacturing, transportation, technology, entertainment, IP and environmental. His practice specialties include Antitrust, Compliance, Contracts, Corporate Investigations, Employment, Ethics, Securities and Whistleblower Complaints.
Patrick is Co-Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee and a member of the five partner Compensation Committee.
Patrick has taught Antitrust Law as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School (fall 2018-2019). For three years he also taught “Law & Technology” at Columbia University.
Patrick is a Senior Director of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, a Member of the Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival’s Diversity Steering Corporate Committee, and pro bono General Counsel for the Classical Theater of Harlem. He is a former President of the New York University School of Law’s Law Alumni of Color.
